About the project

After the successful construction of the fourth logistics facility in the industrial zone 5.1 Šimanovci, the construction of the fifth facility with an area of 15.670 m2 was completed. The facility is located next to the fourth logistics facility and in close proximity to the first three built facilities. We started the works in February 2019. and finished them in 2020. The facility is also accompanied by parking lots for cars, vans, trucks and trucks. The project was done in accordance with all international standards, including the standards of the FM global splinker system and energy efficiency standards. Excellent geostrategic position enables quality and rapid development of industrial zone 5.1 in Šimanovci.

I.P. B. Belgrade Industrial Park is located next to the Belgrade-Zagreb Highway, 20 kilometers from Belgrade in Šimanovci. It is directly connected to the E70 highway without paying tolls from the direction of Belgrade, it is 10 km away from Belgrade’s “Nikola Tesla” airport and cargo customs terminal, and only 30 km away is the port of Belgrade, ie the Belgrade part of Corridor 10. The industrial park is directly connected to the bypass around Belgrade, so without entering the center you can join any desired destination: In the direction of Zagreb via Ljubljana to Italy. In the direction of Novi Sad via Subotica to Hungary. In the direction Nis via Skopje towards Greece. In the direction of Čačak via Užice towards Montenegro. In the direction of Bijeljina, Banja Luka towards BIH.
LOGISTICS PARK Logistics park can be defined as a space inhabited by different users and service providers from logistics, transport and other , supplementary and supporting systems and services. In one logistics park you can find several dist ributing centers and various terminals, warehouses (wholesale, span> retail or importers), shopping centers, various value added logistics (VAL) activities, etc. Locating fixed facilities in the supply chain, which also applies to logistics centers, is an important element in making decisions that affect the entire network. Transport infrastructure is one of the most important elements of the infrastructural part of logistics. Logistics centers must have access to well-developed transport infrastructure (access to roads / highways, railways, etc.). The availability of the logistics center to other logistics centers and their connection to the transport or traffic network is essential for the success of the center. This means that the transport infrastructure is one of the most important elements that should be included in the process of determining the location of the logistics center
