PHASE 9 – Warehouse Space IPB 09 of 27,579.71 m2
Following the successful completion of warehouse buildings IPB 01 to IPB 07 in industrial zone 5.1 in Šimanovci, we continued to expand our Industrial Park.
For building IPB 08, which will be our largest individual facility with a net area of 35,971.43 m2, we obtained a valid Building Permit in December 2022.
Construction of Building IPB 09, with a net area of 27,579.71 m2, is currently underway, with completion expected in Q2 of 2025.
In addition to complete infrastructure, parking spaces for cars, vans, trucks, and trailers have been provided. The project has been developed according to all global standards, including FM Global sprinkler system standards, as well as building energy efficiency standards. The excellent geostrategic location allows for high-quality and rapid development of industrial zone 5.1 in Šimanovci.
