I.P.B. – Industrial Park Belgrade Ltd
The company I.P.B was founded in 2007, with the goal of establishing and developing modern logistical centers in the southeastern part of Europe, in the industrial zone 5.1. in Šimanovci, which is the future stable connection route between Europe and the Middle East. Until now, the company has invested more than 28 milllion euros in the mentioned industrial zone.
Vukajlo Lainović
MANAGER
Born 09.04.1960. in Berane, Montenegro, where he finished elementary and high school, while he graduated The Faculty of Law in Belgrade. He begins his career in the Republican administration, and after 1990. he begins his own business oriented towards trade on the domestic and international markets. At the beginning of the 21st century he changes his business activity from trade to construction industry. Before coming to the forefront of I.P.B. he already attained an impressive CV, with a large number of completed residential and commercial buildings.
Stevan Rogić
MANAGER
The youngest director in the company, born on 18.08.1981., Stevan is a Master of economic diplomacy with rich experience in his field of interest. In the period 2002-2004 he participated in all aspects of business operations in the company Roleks. Then from 2004 until 2009 he becomes a co-owner and director of ROSTE COMPANY which is part of the group A1 dd Ljubljana, with the core business operations being managing investments. In this period from 2004 to 2009 ROSTE COMPANY was involved in trading building materials, import of various goods from Italy, Spain, China, Turkey. He also participated as a co-investor in various construction projects. Since 2009. he becomes the owner and director of ROSTE GROUP, whose activity is oriented towards the trade of building materials, commerce and investments in the construction industry. He successfully completed a number of courses for professional sale within the group MERCURI INTERNACIONAL.
